I just brought my car in for safety check and it was the fastest service I ever got. I went down the road to another place which I won't name, for safety check and didn't like it since I had to wait and the mechanic wasn't suppah nice. I left and went to Sumidas, that was the best choice I made. Appreciate the quick service and will bring my car in the future for other automotive needs.

Excellent customer service! Dropped off our car to Sumida’s Auto Repair and received a detailed link to the inspection of our Audi. The link was super easy to use and was very detailed. It included a list of things that needed to be fixed along with the corresponding pictures and estimated prices. They were quick with the repairs & my car is running great! I will definitely be using Sumida’s Auto Repair in the future.

I just went here to get a safety inspection after RUDLEY getting turned away at "Great People" because my insurance card wasn't loading on my phone for like 3 minutes. The staff at Sumida's was super friendly and super fast. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Great experience, and I'll be getting my safety check here from now on!

Great place, honest, hard working staff. I stopped by with a nearly flat tire and they took me in right away. Unfortunately, turned out it was an old valve and not the tire that was leaking and so had to get this handled by my car dealership. They replaced with my spare tire and did not want to charge me for all the assessment and spare installation. Was very grateful for their service and definitely would recommend these guys to anyone that needs servicing for their vehicle.

Best auto shop in Oahu! Mr. Sean and his team are honest, fast, and affordable—especially for import cars like my Mercedes. Parts and labor usually cost a fortune, but here I got the best service at the lowest price. If possible, I’d give them 100 stars!

Got my oil changed and was told the timing cover might need to be changed and should be covered by warranty. Called Nissan and it was covered under warranty. Thanks for being so honest. They could have made big money off me but showed true integrity.

What do you want in a repair shop? integrity. efficiency. easy to work with. that's what I got. I no longer trust the dealer...their tech said brakes were at 2mm but I had a funny feeling about it. So I took to Sumida, and they measured it at 6mm. Just one example. I would go back here for future maintenance and repairs. No question!

I would give Sumida’s 10++++++ stars if I could! My 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 had a check engine light on and was rattling, so I took it to Sumida’s. They took my car in right away and even helped me realize that my vehicle was still under warranty. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and aloha! I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know. This was by far the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Mahalo, Sumida’s Auto Repair!
